We provide this information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR.
We process personal data only as necessary to operate a functional website and deliver our content/services. Processing occurs on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When you visit the site, the provider automatically collects server log files (IP address, timestamp, requested URL/file, referrer URL, browser/OS). This is necessary to ensure security and stable operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days.
We use technically necessary cookies and—only with your prior consent—analytics/marketing cookies. The legal basis for non-essential cookies is § 25 TTDSG plus Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw or change consent anytime via the “Cookie Settings” link.
Google Analytics (GA4)
Used for usage analysis once you consent. Google may process data on servers outside the EU (e.g., USA). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25 TTDSG). You can revoke consent at any time.
Meta Pixel & LinkedIn Insight Tag
Used for reach measurement and targeted advertising after consent. Cookies/identifiers may be stored and usage data transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. Legal basis: consent. Revocation is possible anytime via Cookie Settings.
YouTube Embeds
We embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (two-click solution). Data are transferred to YouTube/Google only after you actively start playback. Legal basis: consent.
If you contact us by e-mail or via a form, we process your data to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the data once your inquiry is resolved unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Business ideas or concepts you share with us are treated confidentially. We will not disclose them to third parties without your explicit permission or unless necessary to perform a contract. Upon request, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). (This clause supplements Art. 5(1)(f) GDPR’s integrity/confidentiality principle.)
We only transfer data to third parties if you have consented, if it is legally permissible and necessary to fulfil a contract, or if we are legally obliged.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to object (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
We use SSL/TLS encryption during your visit (look for the lock icon in your browser).
This policy is current as of July 2025. We may update it to reflect technical or legal changes; the latest version will be posted here.
