Our Promise of Confidentiality

When you share a business idea, concept, script, design, or any confidential material with us, we treat it as confidential information.

• No disclosure to third parties without your explicit permission or where required to perform a contract (e.g., accountants, legal counsel bound by confidentiality).

• Internal access on a need-to-know basis only.

• Optional NDA: At your request, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before reviewing your materials.

This confidentiality commitment does not apply to information that (a) is already public through no fault of ours, (b) we received lawfully from a third party without confidentiality obligations, or (c) we independently developed without reference to your disclosure.
